Where do I enter the promo code?
Enter your code at checkout. On desktop, look for the "Discount code" box on the right-hand side. On mobile, scroll down and tap "Add discount" just above the "Pay now" button.
Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
Please check the following:
- The code is entered correctly with no typos.
- The code is still valid. Coupon sites often list expired codes.
- Your order meets the minimum spend required (excluding shipping).

I forgot to enter my promo code
No problem! Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll refund the discount to you.
How do I personalize a book?
Click the "Personalize your book" button next to the book cover on the homepage, enter your child's name, and choose your format. It takes less than a minute.
Why is the name I'm entering not working?
Names must be between 2 and 12 characters and may include a hyphen. Spaces, punctuation, and other symbols are not supported.
The name on the preview cover looks off.
Don't worry, we review every cover and will correct any issues before your book goes to print.
Do your books feel as good as they look?
Absolutely! Our personalized books are printed on thick, 100-pound (150 gsm) paper for a premium feel, long-lasting durability, and exceptional print quality. Check out the reviews on the website.
Are your book illustrations created using AI?
Absolutely not! Every illustration is hand-drawn by real human artists, with love, a stylus, and a whole lot of heart. No auto-generated art here.

Can I include a dedication with the book?
We'll be adding that feature soon.
Are your books sustainably printed?
Yes! Our personalized books are kind to kids and the Earth. Our printers are FSC & PEFC certified, meaning the paper used for our books is sourced from sustainable forests.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sorry, but we don't offer gift wrapping.
Do you sell gift cards or vouchers?
Not yet, but we will be launching this service soon.
What is your money back guarantee?
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us and we'll do everything we can to make it right. If you're still not satisfied, let us know within 12 months for a full refund, including return shipping.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
We have printing partners in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and Europe. If you are in one of those locations, your order will be printed locally and will not attract any duties or customs fees.
For all other countries, printed books are generally not subject to import duty, though some countries may apply local taxes on imported goods.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are sent with full tracking. Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Where is my confirmation email?
If your confirmation email hasn't arrived in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it isn't there, get in touch and we'll send it to you again.
My order is late!
We're truly sorry your order is taking longer than expected. Please allow a few extra days before getting in touch, as deliveries can occasionally be delayed. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
Can I change my order?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to make any changes, including the name, format, or additional items.
Can I cancel my order?
Because each book is personalized and goes into production immediately after ordering, we're unable to cancel orders once placed.
What if my book arrives damaged or misprinted?
If your book arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Can I return my book for a refund?
Each book is printed on demand and made just for you, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If something isn't right with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.
