How long until I receive my order?

Your book is made for you, printed on demand. Add the estimated production time below to the shipping time above for an estimated delivery date:

  • USA: 3-5 working days
  • Canada: 3-5 working days
  • UK: 2 (softcover) - 3 (hardcover) working days
  • Australia: 3 working days
  • New Zealand: 3 working days
  • EU: 4 (softcover) - 5 (hardcover) working days
  • Rest of the World: 2-5 working days

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

We have printing partners in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and Europe. If you are in one of those locations, your order will be printed locally and will not attract any duties or customs fees.

For all other countries, printed books are generally not subject to import duty, though some countries may apply local taxes on imported goods.

Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?

Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO addresses, but we recommend using a residential address where possible. APO/FPO orders are fulfilled by our US printing partner and shipped through the military postal system, which is untracked and takes longer.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia. For express shipping or orders to all other countries, please use a residential or business address, as courier services cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

    Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

What if my book arrives damaged or misprinted?

If your book arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Can I return my book for a refund?

Each book is printed on demand and made just for you, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If something isn't right with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.
