Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO addresses, but we recommend using a residential address where possible. APO/FPO orders are fulfilled by our US printing partner and shipped through the military postal system, which is untracked and takes longer.
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia. For express shipping or orders to all other countries, please use a residential or business address, as courier services cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
We have printing partners in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and Europe. If you are in one of those locations, your order will be printed locally and will not attract any duties or customs fees.
For all other countries, printed books are generally not subject to import duty, though some countries may apply local taxes on imported goods.
Yes. All orders are sent with full tracking. Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
If your book arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
